What type of payments do we accept?
- We currently accept Visa and MasterCard on our secure site.
Do we sell in bulk?
Is there a minimum purchase?
- There is no minimum purchase required. Feel free to order.
When do we ship orders?
- Most orders will ship within two (2) business days from the
payment date.
Do we offer express/overnight shipping?
- Yes, we offer Express Mail (1 or 2 day delivery) or Priority Mail
for an additional fee. Please contact us.
Can your order be tracked?
- Once an order is shipped you will be emailed a tracking number.
Do we back order?
- Due to lack of availability of some items we do not back
order. We will do not substitute a different item for the one ordered unless
requested.
Do we sell internationally?
- Yes, but the s&h will have to be quoted. (We reserve the
right to not ship to certain countries.)
What is our return policy?
- Buyer must notify me within 48 hours after receipt of item(s) of
any problems with merchandise. Items must be returned within 10 days from ship date
and in unused condition (in original packaging). We will exchange the item or credit your
credit card. Sorry, customer must pay shipping to return the item. Please check your order
immediately upon receipt. If an item is damaged upon receipt, please contact us
immediately. For returns and/or exchanges buyer must email the seller for a RMA
number. Note: Returns and/or exchanges will not be
refunded, if returned without a RMA number. Any refunds will be for
the merchandise only. Shipping, Handling and Insurance will not be refunded. We
do not accept return or exchange on bulk purchases.
Do we offer a catalog?
- Due to constantly changing inventory, we do not offer a printed
catalog. Feel free to download from our website.
Is our website secure?

Order Form is Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protected. All information sent via it is
scrambled and can only be decoded by us. Only our company will have access to that
information. It is privacy-protected as well. We do not sell to lists.
